Description:The Project Manager performs the most important tasks of our entire company's operation: they implement the daily coordination of mystery shop evaluation programs. Recruiting, scheduling and coaching evaluators, problem-solving, reviewing submitted reports, and tracking project completion rates (more detailed job duties listed below)are all part of a Project Manager's day.

A Project Manager may work as a client's primary contact person in addition to coordinating the program(s), or s/he may work as part of a larger team of Project Managers, focusing primarily on evaluator management.
Duties:Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, coach, and schedule independent evaluators to conduct mystery shop projects using the Apollo online system and outside resources.
• Track project scheduling and confirm each project is completed on schedule.
• Monitor late projects; reschedule when necessary.
• Review incoming completed shop reports for adherence to client project objectives, validation of details, and for missing or incorrect data.
• Coordinate with quality control/editing staff or contractors to ensure quality of work and quick turnaround.
• Submit edited reports to client prior to deadlines. (in some locations onsite quality control specialists perform this duty)
• Reconcile project completion and invoice client on a monthly basis.
• Ensure client is aware of and using full capabilities of BARE’s reporting system and program offerings.
• Maintain awareness of trends and events within clients’ industries and corporate environments.
• Participate in team and company meetings.
• Perform local mystery shop projects during business hours on an emergency basis when needed to meet program requirements (note: shop fees do not apply for employees during business hours, however expenses are reimbursed).
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications:Required: 1-2 years of steady work history in an administrative customer care role, project coordination, or similar role using heavy web-based database and communications technology.

Some writing-intensive college coursework is strongly preferred, however a degree is not absolutely required.

Associated Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Demonstrated proficiency with MS Internet Explorer and MS Office applications, particularly Outlook and Excel; ability to learn BARE’s proprietary software systems.
• A strong professional written and verbal communication style is an absolute MUST as is the ability to listen and ask for clarification. Must be very comfortable on the phone.
• Ability to work independently and to schedule time and resources effectively.
• Ability to willingly contribute to a positive team spirit.
• Ability to respond to customer and team needs; to meet commitments.
• Ability to problem-solve and find creative solutions to problems using available resources.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at different stages in a very deadline-driven environment.
